Young 9 Foundation donates funds for new youth football uniforms

Youth sports and activities can serve as key elements in supporting mental health and wellness in young people, but it can be difficult for the non-profit organizations that administer them to stretch their budgets to ensure that their programs can be offered to all children, regardless of economic background. When the opportunity arose for Young 9 Foundation to help one such organization in Bryce Young’s hometown, we were happy to lend a hand.

The Pasadena Panthers is a unified non-profit and volunteer-run organization that has been established for over 50 years in the Pasadena, CA. area. With the mission of serving the whole child and allowing all children to participate and develop into future leaders, there was natural alignment with Young 9 Foundation’s goals.

“Identifying sponsors each year is always a challenge and necessity. We are very proud and thankful of the support we've received from the Young 9 Foundation. The support received allowed us to purchase new uniforms for the teams this season,” said coach Jason Betts, a 32-year veteran of the organization.

Young 9 Foundation wishes all of the participants in the Pasadena Panthers’ programs continued success and a season full of fun and growth.
